Are the wholesale prices shown if customers are using it?
No, prices shown are in retail. If you wish, displayed prices can be easily increased by any percentage or dollar amount.
I don't have an internet connection in my store, will it still work?
Art Explorer does not require internet access. You’ll have the ability to compile, fax or phone orders to us. If you do have an internet connection, orders can be emailed for added simplicity.

Can I still consolidate my orders?
Yes! You can hold orders within the software until you’re ready to place them with us. As always, you’ll save time and money with Lieberman’s one-stop, no minimum service.
Can I install it on more than one computer?
The Agreement allows for one license per computer. If you wish to install the software on more than one computer please call us.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. There is no monthly fee, just the costs of a one-time purchase or upgrade.
How often is it updated?
Twice a year, Lieberman’s refreshes the data.
Do I have to pay for updates?
Yes. While updates are optional, we highly recommend them to avoid ordering out-of-print items and to gain access to attractive new items.
Can I keep track of customer searches?
Yes. In a private area of the software you can check to see exactly what your customers are looking for, providing powerful insight into their tastes.
What are the sales tools included?
Slide Shows – attract customers into your store by showing them popular works. Presentations – design a professional presentation using any selection of images, personalize with customer’s name and your own text. Intro Display – a screen saver that communicates the huge selection you offer, introduces the basic search concepts, and invites customers to dive in.

Yes. The search options are extensive and fast. You can easily find art by artist, title, subject, color, price, size, art or décor style, by publishers…you name it.
